Winnie's Scratchboard

 

竺莉萍，英文名Winnie Hebert, 从事美术教育37年，2009年开始尝试刮版画，2013年加入国际刮版画协会，是进入这个协会的第一位中国籍画家。

LiPing Zhu, whose English name is Winnie Hebert, is a Professor of Art, who has been teaching for over thirty years and continues to teach hundreds of grateful students, each semester, as a highly regarded instructor of art in Zhejiang Province China. Now she lives in NC.

She experimented with Scratchboard art in 2009. She has created 40 artworks in China. She came to the United States with her husband in 2013, and was surprised to discover a whole world of Scratch Art. This research topic led her to some excellent courses in her school in China, and her students have created many beautiful pieces of art in this form.

She thinks that ISSA is a good place to begin learning about Art of Scratch. LiPing loves Scratchboard and hopes to make it better known in the art world.

2013年有12幅作品进入美国加州圣迭戈画家中心网上展。

In 2013 she entered 12 pieces of her Scratchboard art to the Artists Online Center in San Diego, California to show her new skill.

2014年作品《渔山岛之夜》和《栈桥》参加第三届国际刮版画展，作品在美国北卡罗莱纳州展出时，受到各国画家的好评。

In 2014, her art work "Night of Yushan Island/China Blue" and "Imperial Beach" were entered in the Third International Scratchboard Exhibition in North Carolina.

2015年作品《守卫者》在美国马里兰州佛莱德里克获第四届国际刮版画展金奖，作品《苗女》获优秀奖并被私人收藏，并在年展中被邀请作刮版画研讨会技法演示和讲座。

Her work was displayed in 2015 at the 4th Annual International Exhibition of Scratchboard Art, where she was awarded two prizes: "The Guarder" won open division – Gold and "Hmong's Girl" won the Open Division - Venkat Award and in a private collection.

2016年作品《老火车89号》和《蒸汽机》在美国亚利桑那州图森参加第五届国际刮版画展并被私人收藏。

The 2016 works "Old 89" and "Steam Engine" were entered in the 5th Annual International Exhibition of Scratchboard Art, in Arizona. After they were purchased by a private collector.

2016年作品《妈妈的记忆》获83届国际微型画展金奖并被私人收藏。

In 2016, her work "The Memory Of My Mother" won the gold of the 83th Annual International Exhibition of Fine Art In Miniature and was purchased by a private collector in Washington DC.

2016年作品《PETER》在美国马里兰州肯辛顿劳动节展览中获银奖并被私人收藏。

In 2016, her work " Peter" won a Silver Award in the Labor Day Exhibition in Kensington, Maryland,

and was purchased by a private collector.

2017年2月作品《老厨房》和《PETER》在澳大利亚阿德莱德参加第六届国际刮版画展，作品《老厨房》获优秀奖。

In 2017 ,her work “The Kitchen” won Encouragement award of 6th Annual International Exhibition of Scratchboard art in Adelaide, Australia.

2017年5月作品《菠萝与玫瑰》获澳大利亚狮子艺术盛会最高赞赏奖并被私人收藏。

In 2017, "Pineapple And the Rose" won Highly commended of Macgregor Lions Garden City Art in Australian.

2017年9月作品《守卫者》获美国马里兰劳动节展览风景类第一名。作品《掌灯时分》或主题创作第三名。

In September 2017, "The Guardian" won a first place in the in the Labor Day Exhibition in Kensington, Maryland. Artwork "When the Light" won a third place Award.

2017年11月在第84届微型画展中，作品《香蕉与葡萄》获优秀奖。

In 2017 her artwork "Banana and grape" won the Honorable Mention of the 84th Annual International Exhibition of Fine Art In Miniature and was purchased by a private collector in Washington DC.

2018年4月在美国华盛顿女画家俱乐部年展中刮版画《守卫者》获金奖，《静物》获微型类第一名、《船屋》获综合类第三名。

In 2018, her artwork "The Guardians" won best in the show . "Still Life" won the first place award, and her "Alexander Boat House" won third place of the Women artists Club in local Washington DC area .

2018年11月在第85届国际微型画展中刮版画《红色的魅力》获第三名并被私人收藏。

In 2018 her artwork "The charm of red" won a third place Award of the 85th Annual International Exhibition of Fine Art In Miniature and was purchased by a private collector in Washington DC .

2019年11月在第86届国际微型画展中刮版画《窗前常青藤》获优秀奖。

In 2019 her artwork "Ivy and lace" won the Honorable Mention of the 86th Annual International Exhibition of Fine Art In Miniature and was purchased by a private collector.

2020年2月在美国纽约衬衫工厂艺术中心展览中，刮版画《温暖的冬天》获静物类第一名。

In 2020 her artwork "Warm Winter" won the best in the show of the Shirt Factory Art Center in New York.

2020年11月在第87届国际微型画展中刮版画《杜克大学之门》获优秀奖并被私人收藏。

In 2020 her artwork "Duke University's Gate" won the Honorable Mention of the 87th Annual International Exhibition of Fine Art In Miniature and was purchased by a private collector in Washington DC.

2021年9月在第88届国际微型画展中刮版画《准备走》获优秀奖。

In 2021 her artwork "Ready to go" won the Honorable Mention of the 88th Annual International Exhibition of Fine Art In Miniature in Washington DC.

2022年3月在北卡罗莱纳珍宝小尺寸年度展中《7月4日的等待》获优秀奖。

2022年9月在第89届国际微型画展中刮版画《后院的收获》获绘画类第一名。

2022年11月在第十一届国际刮版画展览中《珍贵的发现》获铜奖。
